It is nice to see plans that people have for improving health and fitness in an area. I am still a big believer that you need to take care of your own health but one of the Sport columnists at a Halifax paper has a far more reaching plan. 10 steps to improve fitness in our communites Chris Cochrane thinks that the government can take steps in making fitness easier for people and has a 10 step plan to change things. Lets hope this sticks somewhere and that governments can make positive changes in peoples fitness instead of just throwing money at health care. Looking to make a change and lose some weight?
