		<description>Hi ,i went through your tips and was really surprised.Most of my life i have been involved in fitness and eating healthfully ..2 years ago i had a very traumatic accident sustained very severe injuries .So i am limited now cant run or ride a bike..and at times have difficulty exercising....I have gained so much weight since my accident some of it could be depression or at times feel it so difficult now since i have so many restrictions..I have started to get motivated and simply tired of feeling awful and overweight and unhealthy...so i decided to browse through the internet to see if i could find some helpful tips or ideas to get me on track again.I really love your tips and i agree that we have become very lazy in todays society you are very frank and are straight out and did not sugarcote anything love that thanks for posting ..the tips are motivating</description>

Margarine and a lot of other non natural foods are  absolutely horrible things to put in our gut.  Also , a detox cleanse is a must about two to three times a year.  You do not want to know what is in your intestines.  Some of that gunk is built up from processed foods and red meat and has turned to sludge that does not move.   That is only one reason so many people have large stomach areas.  
     Whole food supplements that are real fruits and vegetables is a must to make up for the 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables we are truly suppose to get.   The food pyramid is no longer accurate enough for us.
      Last, the fastest way I have ever lost weight is to drink a lot of lemon water, exercise a little, and eat only fruits and vegetables.  Also, balsemic vinegar and cold pressed olive oil is a wonderful thing to dress up salads.
Check all ingredients in food and the less the better.  High fructose sugar will kill you after it make you really fat.

     Whole food supplements that are real fruits and vegetables is a must to make up for the 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables we are truly suppose to get.   The food pyramid is no longer accurate enough for us.<br />
      Last, the fastest way I have ever lost weight is to drink a lot of lemon water, exercise a little, and eat only fruits and vegetables.  Also, balsemic vinegar and cold pressed olive oil is a wonderful thing to dress up salads.<br />
Check all ingredients in food and the less the better.  High fructose sugar will kill you after it make you really fat.</p>
