-you cant lose weight if you dont watch what you eat.
-you cant lose a lot of weight in a very short amout of time in a HEALTHY way.
-if your under probably...17...WHO CARES WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE! young kids are way to obsessed with what they look like these days it makes me sad. i hate seeing how much my 15 year old sister cares what she looks like. weight doesnt even get out of control till you hit about 20-21. enjoy your youth while you can!!! please.

		<description>Breathing through the chest actually brings out the fight or flight response in us.  I would suggest breathing through the belly, and when one exhales, tighten the stomach instead of trying to breathe through the chest.</description>

i&#039;m 14 and on a diet. haha, yes the eat as less as you can diet. my friends and family tell me i&#039;m getting thinner but idk. i&#039;m not incredibly obeese. i&#039;m 5&#039;1, i know short. and i weigh, last time i checked three weeks ago before my diet, 132. i just need to lose weight in my stomach but i seem to be loseing it everywhere else, but only a little there. idk what is with this. bu i&#039;m going to be trying the last tip to see if it will work. if it does i will be back to post another comment to tell of m result&#039;s.

I find that eating three meals a day and I do not lose weight, I have to skip to lose. Why is this?</description>
