I seem to have become sleep deprived by my own doing this week and in looking around I found this very popular page on improving sleep.

Of all of these 25 tips I think that the most important for sleep deprived people is to get exercise so that your body can know when it is tired instead of just bored and to adjust your worklife stresses to make sure that you are not staying up thinking about work tomorrow.
