I seem to have become sleep deprived by my own doing this week and in looking around I found this very popular page on improving sleep.

      Another thing that really helps is taking melatonin. You can get them cheap from GNC or any supplement store. Personally, i’ve been using the melatonin strips and they work a lot better. Really helps regulate my sleep pattern. just another tidbit

      If you can stop night eating, most people will sleep better. I hate it when I eat too much late at night, then I don’t sleep well.
