The Ririan Project has 8 tips for better sleep. The best of which I think is to take a warm bath before you go to be and another one that I have not hit on which is to take a small dose of Melatonin. I am not sure I have mentioned it before but Melatonin is produced by our body to help us sleep and if you are having trouble it may be something that could help you sleep. Remember though that anytime that you take anything to replace what your body naturally does already then you may run into trouble with having to rely on it. Nix0807 also have 10 tips for better sleep. Some are the same as the above but the added twist is about avoiding nicotine and caffeine and making sure you do not eat a lot before bed. These are a couple of great lists for people having trouble with sleep. I myself find that if I ham having trouble sleeping it is because of work stress that I am not dealing with well or a lack of exercise that is stopping me from getting a good stretch from my muscles. Looking to make a change and lose some weight? I have reviewed the top diet on the internet and you can go and read over 200 comments people have made about why this diet has worked well for them, as well as some of the problems. Late night eating will definitely disrupt sleep. I have never had luck with Melatonin, but I know that I need to stop eating, especially anything heavy by 8 p.m.
