    Low back pain is a huge problem, and while I suffer with lower back pain, I want to avoid surgery at all costs. I see a physical therapist regularly and I do alot of core strengthening exercise and other things to maintain good posture. I like your blog.

    Yes, I agree with the author totally. If you have back pain, doing ab exercises is really helpful, but as the author mentioned, these exercises need to be done in a way not to work through the pain, but to relief the back pain. When you have back pain, then start out slowly.
