		<description>hello i came across this site while looking for army fittness tips im trying to lose 2 stone in a month to get into the army can you help.
ive lost 5 stone already but just cant seem to shift the last little bit im out everyday doing 10 mile tabing walks and 15 mile cycle rides im very determond to get in to the army and need help i dont know were to go for the help thou.
Im not a very confident person so lose confident while running to get my mile and a half down but dont seem to get any where please can you help.</description>
