That is what they were saying on the show. I can not imagine any way that 17 light beers could be healthy for you.

So are you saying that drinking 17 light beers is healthier for you than eating one burrito? How big was that burrito and what was in it?

Well you know that these kinds of TV shows have to be dramatic to grab people's interest. A common sense dietitian on the show would probably not be as exciting. However comparing 17 light beers with burritos is silly-who is going to consume 17 light beers? Why not show burritos and then a healthier alternative like fajitas? The Egg McMuffin is one of the healthiest fast food breakfast choices. It would be better on a whole grain english muffin and if they could reduce the fat content of the cheese. A whole grain bagel is not a bad choice, however depending on the size the calories can really add up, and the Egg McMuffin does include some protein.
Eating healthy is basic-more fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains while watching portions sizes. Limit sweets and alcohol. We all do tend to eat on the run, you can enhance your diet and stay hydrated with vitaminwater which offers four B vitamins and 100% of the daily value of vitamin C. vitaminwater is free of artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium, and gluten and gives a way to enhance your diet when you are trying to eat healthy. Eat healthy, hydrate healthy.
