I am not sure how many new tips we are going to get from the Biggest Loser but one just jumped right out this week. One of the contestents pumped up his exercise to five hours a day and was buring 10,000 calories each day and as well dropped his eating but in the end he only lost four pounds, why? Well we have all learned and I have repeatedly said that if you drop your calories that you eat and increase your exercise your body weill go into a survival mode and will drop your metabloism as a protection mechanism. Two of the guys that followed exactly what they should have done lost over 10 pounds in the week and one guy that was binge eating at night lost 0 pounds.
By the way the women lost for the third week in a row and had to kick off someone else. Both teams have outstanding trainers so I am sure it will be competitive again next week.
