These pills are packed with speed so they will obviously work, will have you hopped up worse than coffee, affect your heart rythym if you are so inclined, lead to death in some situations, cause you to fail company drug tests and yes maybe lose you weight. This reminds me of the ECA stacks of amphetamines with caffiene that were popular a couple of years ago that used aspirin or willow bark (the same thing really) to stop the shakes that the other ingredients have.
