I am glad to hear Janet at how well that you have done.
I always think that people are going to look at Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle and think that the program is for young bodybuilders, nothing could be more wrong. The program is really built my a bodybuilder to help us regular people get in better shape

I would just like to say that it worked for me. I read Toms articles until I had enough money to buy the book. I follow the plan 100 percent ever hour of every day.

The change in my body has been amazing. I have lost bodyfat and built good quality muscle, something I never acheived before. I intend to compete in my first show for 23 years at the end of this year, and I am a 52 year old grandmother!

I just wanted to say that I am your everyday guy, 23 years old and have always been over weight. I can tell you that I have read the SouthBeachDiet, Eat Right for Your Bloodtype, The Genotype Diet, and the list goes on and on. I used to consider myself smart in the ways of health and knowing what the body needs but after reading this book I know that NOW I knew nothing before. What I used to think was important wasn't all that important and what I didn't really follow, things like eating more often during the day and knowing what to eat, I didn't. This book makes all of those "diets" seem like jokes because everything he says makes sense. What I liked about this book was that I never went against anything else I have ever read. In fact, it does the opposite; this book breaks everything down for you. It does it step by step. If you are over weight, skinny, or naturally muscular but lazy this book covers everything for everyone. Just wait till you read it I promise that it will be worth it. It really changed my life.

Great stuff. For those who have trouble gaining weight and building muscle in the first place should also learn to do heavy, high rep breathing squats, it is the closest thing to a miracle exercise for gaining weight and building muscle mass for hardgainers. http://www.hardgainers-weight-tips.com

I just wanted to say that I've actually been following Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle for about 18 months now. I lost 60 pounds by following the diet and exercise suggestions in the book in the first 6 months. Since then I've kind of been relaxed and haven't lost any more, but I have kept it off for the past year. Which has always been my hardest problem. What I think I like best about this book is that it isn't so much a strict diet, but it gives alot of detail about what foods you should or shouldn't eat and why. And it stressed that losing weight is not easy, which a lot of fad diets seem to imply.

Hi.
I review Ebooks myself. This does look like a sales pitch but to tell you the truth its AWESOME and Number one. I really get to know the inside of the book and its actually what most people who are interested to buy are looking for. So who the hell cares if it looks like a sales pitch for someone who is not interested in buying it. Frankly i think this review is one of the best i have read ever. I write reviews myself But i cannot match the one above.
Warm regards
Rajeev

Thanks for the support there Rajeev, yes I wanted to have good info in the review. With an ebook it is not like a real book were you can thumb through it at the local bookstore. I tried to cover everything that someone would need to know before going to the actual "sales pitch" page where they will find more information from Tom, the writer of the book

How much did Tom pay you for this review? This looks like another sales pitch, not a review.
----------------------------------------------------
It may look like a sales pitch. I have read through all 340 pages of the book and it is indeed fantastic info. There is a guarantee on it as well. The other way that I could review this book is by saying that I really like it and stop there but I think that people would like to see a review of what it is all about before they buy.

This was one of the best reviews I have seen about the book. I purchased the book, read half-way through it, and then got side-tracked. After reading your review, I realize that I missed out on some of the main gems the book has to offer. Thanks again for this post. -Zoe
