Very good article. My wife and I recently watched a show on the Discovery Channel and it talked about the body clock and the best times to perform certain functions, such as exercise. We found it interesting that almost every single world record set by professional athletes was set between 3 and 6 pm. This is the time the program said people tend to perform physical activities the best.

I've also noticed that since I started doing my aerobic workouts in the morning and an anaerobic workout late in the day, I've increased lean muscle and stamina much more quickly.

By the way, thank you for the chart on calories burned. I will help me in figuring out intake vs calories burned.
