<description>Thank you for taking the time to review my book. I have a few points that I would like to make:

1. Yes, portion control is where it's at and all the research agrees. If you count your calories and watch your portions, the weight will come off.

2. My interval strength training does provide heart health benefits, and new research indicates that using intervals is even more effective than steady state aerobics when it comes to the heart.

3. Your heart rate is elevated throughout the exercise programs. This program MOVES and is not at all similar to classic, static strength training.

4. When performing interval strength training, you derive the benefits of heart health, the essential maintenance and increase in your lean muscle tissue AND flexibility all at the same time.

Thank you again for taking the time to review my book and I welcome any and all comments and questions.
