I buy the big bulk bags of frozen strawberries and blueberries at Costco, they are perfect for smoothies or just thaw and eat! Great tips - thanks!

We always used to get those and then my wife would make smoothies out of them still frozen. They have the mixed fruit and then seperately the mixed berries.

Also at the in store food area they have the mixed berries heated and on Frozen Yogurt. That is my favorite part of going to Costco

I love getting stocked up on fruits and veggies but for times when I run out or stuff goes bad, I'll use frozen fruit from Costco - a huge bag of peaches, berries, pineapple, melon and grapes. I put a serving ot two in a plastic bag, let it defrost overnite in the fridge (zipped up!) and bring it with me -- but you need a fork to eat it b/c it's a bit sticky.
