		<description>One of the biggest problems in dietry ifo is that the internet is crammed full of rubbish written by people who have no dietry knowledge at all! The misinformation spread and propagated by the media just adds to the confusion. 

I suppose the best thing to do is to attempt your own research and go from there.

Eating a balanced diet can only add to ones good health.</description>
