dr mirkin’s…i am 74 years old and have started walkimg a 1/2 mile each day but my knees ache and must stop to rest, which i do not like to do, but after a few minutes the pain goes away and i then can carry on….any recommendations to prevent me getting sore knees..

i am 74 years old, get sore knees and would like to prevent this problem….after a short rest i can carry on for a short distance and again must rest
