Hi,
I have been doing the diet for 4 days now and I have found it harder as the days have gone by. I find I have constant headaches, restless sleep (unable to sleep throughout the whole night) and I feel tired most of the time. I am used to doing intensive exercise - 4 times a week, but haven't even managed to do the brisk walking, as I feel that I don't have the energy to do it.

Has anyone else found this? From reading the other posts - people seem to suggest more energy. ease of the diet etc- and I just wonder if I am doing something wrong?

I have been having 10 glasses of water each day, eating the 4 meals and sticking to meal plans as much as possible for e.g. walnuts and sausages - even though the food combinations can be quite different and abit weird (it's difficult to eat every 2.5 hours due to my working patterns - so it's more like every 3.5 hours or 4 hours
Anyone else got any ideas or suggestions I would really appreciate it, I don't know whether I am doing anything wrong.
I feel like I don't know how much longer I can keep the diet up - especially if these headaches continue...

Thanks Chetna

Hi!
I read some of the postings on this forum (and several other places on the internet) before I invested in this diet plan. At first I thought it was a scam as I got nothing back. I contacted the customer services on the address given in the receipt e-mail and within 24 hours they replied and I was into the program. My fault for not pushing the right button when I bought the plan.
My weight has crept up to exactly 24 stone and I am having blood pressure problems and feeling very out of breath. I work shifts on the railway and sit in an office chair for very long periods of time. The trigger was when I sat back on my chair and one of the legs sheared off. After much ridicule from my colleagues, it was time to take drastic action!
I have followed my first plan to the letter for 10 days now and just got weighed (no access to scales tomorrow morning after 11 days). 22 stone 12 pounds! Not bad - 16 pounds lost in 10 days! I have not done any more exercise than usual, but I suspect I will have to start swimming and walking soon if the weight loss is to continue.
The most difficult day by far was day 2, when you get only fruit and one sandwich. I was starving, but got through it OK! As for alcohol, I have had one glass of red wine every night (as allowed in the plan) and no beer.
My only comment would be that perhaps the food lists could be a bit longer and offer some more foods available in the UK. I too have been unable to find frozen yoghurt and apricots are out of season. I like fish, but it is not easy to find the types listed on the diet plan here in the UK. Things like salmon, mackerel, haddock, cod and plaice are much easier to find - but am I allowed to substitute?
Looking forward to 3 days off this weekend - and I will NOT be pigging out! Will still enjoy some beer and a good curry though!
I will post again after my second plan, but I can only say that it really is worth following the diet to the letter as it works better than anything else I have ever tried.
And no - I do not have any links with the company at all. I am just an overweight railwayman here in the UK (or Fat Controller as my sons like to call me from their Thomas cartoons!).

Now I am on my 9th day and I have lost 7.5 pounds! I can not wait till Friday for my three days off! What is great about this diet is that I used to drink coke all the time......Now that I have been on the diet and all I have been drinking is water, having a coke no longer evens sounds good to me! I was thinking on my day off that I wanted a big fat burger.....but I don't even think I can bring myself to eat one since I have been working so hard to lose the weight. I am going to do one more cycle and then hopefully lose 5+ pounds and then work on maintaing.

Hi Bill,
Sorry I know I havent had a reply to my earlier message yet, I am on day 3 of the diet, have been drinking the recommended amounts of water, but find that I am getting headaches.
Has anyone else experienced this?? I am amazed I haven't felt hungry, but really feel like my usual lively self, is this just part of the diet??
Thanks Chetna

Hi Bill,

I started this diet today and I have felt OK, some of the meals that the Diet Generator have come with are abit weird. For example, bacon strips and or ham slices or walnuts and or sausage links. Does this mean that these are just grilled or fried, I'm just abit confused??
Or Bowl of pinto beans - can these be eaten with something like onions, tomotoes and spices??

The other thing is that I have been reading the ebook and it says that exercise should be not very intense, and I enjoy aerobic activities like spin classes, aerobics and body pump classes which are 45/60 mins intensive classes

Would this affect my weight loss? As what it was saying is that fat loss is different from weight loss could you clarify please. I also feel due to intensive exercises that I get hungry so would this diet suffice?

I have to say that I have felt ok, but just abit hungry - is this just normal tho??

Thanks Chetna

Amanda, just to be clear I am not selling the Fat loss for Idiots program, I just wrote the review for it. The cost is 39.99 and is payable in Paypal or credit card.

The diet is not actually a download but is a diet generator that you access on the internet that builds your diet for you a week at a time.

This diet is GREAT! I am on my 4th day and I have lost 4.5 pounds so far! The meals they set up for you are great, except I had a little trouble on the fruit day....but I pushed through it. A couple girls I work with are seeing my results already and want to give it a try. I would tell anyone who is looking to loose weight and still eat the things they love, that this is the perfect diet for them!

Hi everyone,
I would love to buy this diet plan but I am skeptical if it will work for me.
I tried Sunslim Diet and it doesn' really work for me. It is something similar, eating the food that will increase your metabolism but sigh...my weight down slightly about 4 pounds but thereafter nothing...
I am afraid that I will be disappointed again with this new diet.

Has anyone tried SunSlim diet before?

Message for Andrea...If you want any information just check out the forum that Bill set up at: http://forum.fitnesstipsforlife.com here you will find other peoples questions and answers but as you are also from the UK you can always ask me about the American terms used here ok. Just a few for you to start: Broil means to grill, sausage links are just sausages and bacon strips are bacon rashers. All you have to do is eat exactly what the generated diet tells you and nothing else, it's that easy. I know it is a bit different from your daily eating regime but as it's only temporary it shouldn't be that difficult for you. I suggest that you buy all meat from the deli counter at Asda or Tescos as the packet meat will contain more salt which is obviously bad for you, also I buy packet cheese slices like Edam or Gruyere to make it more tasty. You will find that the weight will drop off you if you follow the diet exactly especially if you drink the adviced amount of water, this is especially important. If you need any more info you can mail me here; kenrolli@talktalk.net.

Lara, I am not sure if you should be really thinking about a diet while your are breast feeding. One of the things that a diet has to do is restrict your eating and burn more calories than you eat and I am guessing that for a person breast feeding any kind of a diet is not good.

As far as the food choices go, the diet generator will give you a couple or three foods to have at each meal. People that are against this diet seem to look at that as a negative but I think that most of the time the food is fine together and most importantly the diet is varied so that you do not get bored of the food that you are eating.

That said, I would really encourage you not to start any diet now and to wait a few months. I am sure 6 kids are really a handful these days with a newborn anyway, you have enough on your plate than to worry about trying to create your own separate meals.

i too have much weight to lose.. i am extremely curious about the "meals." i found several sample meals and all i have seen is one word food choices... example: meal 3: chicken what kind of chicken? what do you eat with it? is it just chicken? and then more chicken until you are "just before full?" as a mother of 6 kids who range in ages from 17 to 6 weeks old... i have to be able to feed myself and still make a meal for my kids.. how would this work? one last question... is it better to wait until i am no longer breast feeding to start this meal since the calories seem to be somewhat restricted? thanks for any info you can give me!!

i am desperately needing to lose 100lbs but at this point.. 20 would make me happy!! :-)

Hi i have just purchased this diet and was a bit astounded by what i am going to have to eat, i thought it would actually be a proper meal not just seperate items of food that dont go together. How does everybody deal with that ?. Also this maybe a silly question what are sausage links ? is this just a normal pack of sausages ? and bacon strips is this just normal rashers of any bacon ?. Will be starting this next week as have a naughty weekend ahead, i need to lose at least 42lbs, i hope i can do it.
