How exciting a final episode of the Biggest Loser last nights show was! I usually hate those last episodes of shows where they just rehash the season that you already watched but this time it was really exciting to watch as the changes to everyone was so dramatic. ——————————————————————————— Looking for last nights finale of Season 4 and my review of it? Then go to the Season 4 Biggest Loser Finale Page ——————————————————————————— There was an also ran division where everyone that did not end up in the final three had a weigh off and the greatest percentage weight loss was the winner of $100,000. The winner of the weigh off with just over a 46% total weight loss was Pete, he lost a total of 185 pounds I believe. The other contestants looked great as well with almost everyone sporting a six pack or close to it and looking absolutely fantastic. The people that really stuck out in our eyes here at home were; Suzanne who went from pretty pudgy to looking to be in great shape and especially Andrea who looks like a fitness model now even though she had so much trouble losing a lot of weight on the show. Doctor Jeff really seems to fit his new smaller body style well and when they showed a bit of video of him and his four daughters I felt sorry for the guy trying to lose weight with all of those women around. I have tow girls in my house and I couldn’t imagine more, whew Matt has been playing hockey to stay in shape and get in even better shape. Suzy is staying away from bad influences and training in her living room while throwing out all the junk food in the house, and Matt has returned to wrestling and training for a triathalon. Matt’s friends do not seem to supportive of him which is a shame but that is the way these things usually end up when people make such an outstanding change. I am sad that the second Biggest Loser season has ended because I love this show so much but I was really struck on the last show by how all of the people have really added a huge amount of confidence and are really a lot more outgoing, outgoing because of their confidence and happiness not by trying to hide a shame that they feel for looking so different than everyone else. I for one can not wait for the next season of the Biggest Loser Looking to make a change and lose some weight? I have reviewed the top diet on the internet and you can go and read over 200 comments people have made about why this diet has worked well for them, as well as some of the problems. Thanks for the recap. I realize the show broadcast a while ago, but I’m stuck here in China and I was able to see all the shows except for the last one. I don’t suppose by chance you know of any one with a tape of the last show who would be willing to sell it to me for a decent amount of money? I mean .. not hundreds of dollars, of course, but i’m going crazy not seeing the final episode! I realize you don’t know me, b ut any help you could provide would really really really be appreciated. Thanks!

COMMENT:
Matt kind of snuck off some of that weight to get a huge weight loss of 26 pounds in one week although it was really impressive still.
The week before Matt took it really easy as he had immunity and could not be voted out and he gained 10 pounds in that one week. As we have seen throughout the Biggest Loser, Matt works really hard so in that next week he really turned it up and lost that new 10 pounds but then dug down to lose an additional 16 pounds.
The guy is a real machine!
