I always think that it is important to be in control of your fitness and one of the ways that I have done that is by offering my free 30 day email fitness program. After the 30 days I tend to send out stuff that I get and think people would like to enjoy and more importantly learn from to improve their fitness.

I have been home sick with a chest virus over the last couple of days and decided to do some cleaning up on my computer (lazy way to get things done) and found a few free reports that have been sent to me by both Mike Geary of 6 pack abs fame as well as Vince Delmonte of No Nonsense Muscle building. Of course as usual they are really great pdf files that you can download just by clicking on the ling for the report. Here is what they are.
Muscle Gain Report – Here is Vince Delmonte telling us 20 dos and don’ts as far as muscle building goes. Actually he says “20 ways to not screw up at the gym”. These are the tips that he thinks that people overlook the most and because of that they are, I believe, essential to remember.
Perfect Posture – Nothing drives me quite as crazy as having bad posture. When I get run down or lazy I find that crappy posture just makes it tougher for me to breath or to have the good attitude and motivation that makes me stronger and better able to handle all that life throws at me.
Training Nutrition Secrets – This is another report from Mike Geary and one where he tries to crystallize all of the basics of eating and exercise that will help you build a better body and of course his specialy which is building 6 pack abs.
Download these becasue I think they will help. Take a read through and see what you think. The reports range from 20 to 63 pages and you should be able to glean some great info from them that will lead to much better health.
