All really good alternatives to starving. I don’t agree with anyone starving themselves to lose weight or even missing breakfast you still need to eat to keep your energy levels up.
You really don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight. Actually starving yourself will cause more harm than good. It is important to keep eating
Nuts are really a great way to tie you over in between meals….especially if you exercise. Protein rich nuts along with some berries and tea. Sounds like a great metabolic meal to me. Also, turkey jerkey is a great alternative snack too.
