I have mentioned before about how I was a smoker for 12 years an how tough to quit smoking for me to quit so many years ago. This is the time of year of the great American smokeout, a time for anyone that is hoping to quit smoking to take the opportunity to quit smoking. There are many health reasons to quit smoking we can name them off pretty quickly.
Cancer
Emphysema
Heart disease
Shortened lifespan
Health problems
Well there are a lot more problems then these including becoming poor and being stinky. Anyway there are a lot of tips at the American Cancer Society site for you to look at as a smoker and I will try to organize, cut down the fluff and add some tips on quitting smoking this week. There are a lot of ways to make it easier to quit but the tips that work for some do not work for others.
If you are trying to quit tomorrow I wish you luck and hope that through the struggle things go well for you.
I pour a lot of thought into this blog. Can you spare a couple of bucks as a gift to me and as thanks for putting up this content for you to read and learn from? Thanks!|
