Herbs and weight loss

My wife is a little disappointed with her weight loss at Weight Watchers lately and decided to see what Herbal Magic offered as they have an office down the street.

The staff at Herbal Magic were really friendly and the Herbal Magic plan is that you go and see them every day for just a few minutes so they can discuss your diet and take the herbal pills every day as well as some others three times a week. The staff at Herbal Magic guaranteed that my wife would lose two pounds a week but said that she could probably lose up to four pounds per week. The problem with the whole plan is the cost. Herbal Magic is very expensive. The pills that you take daily are about 200 dollars a month, the pills that you take otherwise are 25 dollars a month and the signup cost is about 1000 dollars.

My wife has decided that she will pass on Herbal Magic for now but I think I will continue to research how well some of these herbs work as well as the dangers that we all hear and know about. I will post as I find out more.
