As we may have all discovered at some pint or another Coffee Drinks are not always low cal. Especially those really sweet or milky ones. Diet Blog has a great article about these drinks:Starbucks Latte Abuse: Enough Already

If you did not know this already I am happy that I have had a chance to warn you. My wife drank extra large Tim Hortons Iced Cappacino drinks every day for a month until she found out that a medium had 250 calories.

I just stick to black coffee with a ton of caffieine and only 78 calories.

Interesting article. I wonder…with black coffee with no cream or sugar what the calorie count would be. Probably would depend on the brand, but I’d wager it’d be far less than a Triple Venti Toffee Nut Latte (my fav. drink from starbucks).

    2. for a time, i was on starbuck’s doubleshot + energy (the big can), but then i discovered that it was over 400 calories. i stopped and never looked back.

Weirdly enough, I didn’t find another energy drink that i liked nor had as much oompf.
