The other advice is to be realistic. Too many people I talk to want to accomplish too much too fast. While it is great to be ambitious, setting the bar too high can lead to frustration.</description>

		<description>Excellent article! Motivation is so important - but getting out there and doing it is so much MORE important! Nike says it all... &#039;just do it&#039;. I&#039;ve always said that its really important to set attainable goals... not too hard nor too easy. So just beyond what you think you&#039;re capable of. Its going to take a few times before you realise what you&#039;re capable of - but if you set your mind to it, you can achieve anything. It really is all in the mind. If you really want it, you&#039;ll be doingyour best to get it!
