I absolutely do NOT agree with you Bill. This is nothing more than sanctioned anorexia! Having been an anorexia when I was a teenager, I can tell you, I did the exact same thing. LOW calories and exercised to death.. Jillian is awful. Last week I elected to watch it, just to see if anything hand changed..a participant said he was happy and loved food...SHE, unbelievably said "..you can not be happy, you are 400 1bs."

Maybe he IS! IT is this same thinking that causes our children, especially girls, to have false views of themselves and boys to expect women to be models. It is unbelievably frighting.

I have had to live with the damage done to my body since I was a teenager from this type of activity and the brain set that I am not ok, if I have any fat on my body.
This show should be cancelled. IT is harmful. Healthy living is not always thin.

Absolutely agree with you Bill - besides, anyone with half a lick of intelligence should know to talk with a doctor to determine what is appropriate exercise for them. Any of the the Biggest Loser contestants have a slew of doctors and monitors at all times to ensure they do not over do it. One of the defining tenets of the Biggest Loser is to challenge boundaries that we have place on ourselves or those placed on us by society about what overweight people are capable of. This show does a great job of making people realize just how much potential each one of us has.

Thanks!
