		<description>Good point about trying to reduce the length of time your workouts take. If you are pushed for time then it is worth looking at workouts that include what is called &quot;interval training&quot;. This is a modern method were your workout involves short blasts of training, maybe three sessions of 10 minutes a time with a short break in between, rather than what may be traditionally over an hour of cardio.
