		<description>I have a friend who gets at best 3 hours of sleep every night and has been doing so since college almost 30 years ago.  He actually gets less on the weekends.  According to him he gets away with so little sleep because he handles stress really well, so when he does fall asleep it is a deep sleep.  Me, I need at least six hours of deep sleep.
