Lifehack.org and Zenhabits tend to give me great ideas that I can use to improve my life on a daily basis. These two sites are not about making you fitter and healthier all of the time but are more about making all the parts of your life better. Often the two sites write about the same types of things but in all cases the stories and articles are all very well filled out and full of tips that you can use everyday. I would like to start adding more of these kinds of articles but have not yet. To get started in these kinds of articles I would like to offer a few that I have found great over the last little while that you can read and comment on. How to get more out of your life. More effective skills at dealing with email. How to get more done and more important work done at work. What internal and external factors are holding your back. These are all great articles and the kind of info that is not health and fitness related but very important for going that next step in other area of your life. Read them and see what you think as well of them. Looking to make a change and lose some weight? I have reviewed the top diet on the internet and you can go and read over 200 comments people have made about why this diet has worked well for them, as well as some of the problems. Thanks for these tips. I use EFT a LOT to control my mood, which I think is super important too.
I love the 10 tips to recovering from brain rot. A lot of times that is where I think I am most of the times. I have started to write articles about various subjects on a daily basis and am loving it. Someday though I really would like to learn how to paint. Can’t wait to see some more tips from your blogs. I love reading all of them and see how they have helped others.
