lose_weight.jpgThis is one of those kind of crazy questions but interesting at the same time. If you are very overweight how would you go about losing 100 pounds in one year? Well I have never had to lose 100 pounds but am up for the challenge of how it can be done.

Can you lose 100 pounds in a year?

First of all lets all be aware that losing 100 pounds in one year is certainly possible. Many people have achieved this feat and many will lose 100 pounds in a year in the future.

First of all I think that it is imperative for you to know all of the basics of how to get healthy and the cornerstones of this are in my email fitness series. If you have not signed up for the free emails then for sure sign up now and get started.

The math of losing 100 pounds in a year

To lose 100 pounds in one year you would need to lose eight pounds a month for a year which is about 2 pounds for week. Losing two pounds per week is certainly possible but the problem is that it is hard to keep this rate up for an entire year. You will find that you will lose far more than 10 pounds in your first month and then your weight loss will slow down after a couple of months only to pick up again in the last few months.

Now As we all know there are two sides to the weight loss question: input and output that is caloric intake in eating and output when your metabolism is burning calories. This sounds easy and in fact it is an easy idea to understand and implement but it is very difficult to act on for any length of time.

Lose 100 pounds in a year plan

OK here it goes for how to lose 100 pounds in a year.. First thing is to drop your caloric intake. For many people this may be really obvious but for most people it is a real education to find out what they are eating wrong and changing it. First you will need to drop your calories that you take in probably significantly but take out some calories each week and watch how your body and energy react. Remember you are in this for the long haul not just a few weeks this time.

Your diet should get 30 percent of its calories from protein, 50 percent of its calories from carbohydrates and 20 percent of calories from fats remember fats contain twice the calories per pound that protein or carbohydrates contain so the fat level is actually quite low. Next is to make sure that you are splitting your three main meals into six meals during the day to properly nourish your body and stop it from thinking that you are starving.

Drink lots of water. You will find that drinking a lot of water will help you lose up to 10 pounds all by itself in the first couple of weeks as your body stops being bloated and your equilibrium is reset.

Exercise to lose 100 pounds

Next is the exercise portion of your changes. Losing 100 pounds in a year just by eating correctly would be impossible as your body would quickly rebel against you. You must get exercise for 30 minutes twice every day for six days a week. This means that some days will have cardio morning and night and some days will have one cardio workout and one weight workout.

The twice a day regimen is designed to keep you metabolism high all day instead of having it drop off 12 hours or so after your last workout, also having a lot of exercise will change the way that your body chemistry works. The reason to do cardio is obvious and that is to raise your metabolism and burn calories.

Doing weights is also very important as while you are losing weight you want to keep your muscle mass and of course muscle takes a lot more calories to maintain than fat so you will over time be burning even more calories than you are now.

The attitude that will lose you 100 pounds in a year

Lastly you need to change your entire attitude towards health, exercise, eating and your own confidence in life. Making these changes may be very difficult but you are going to find that you have a much better chance of succeeding once you snap out of the way that you look at life and instead start to think about how your life is as a fit person.

Stop comparing yourself to the people around you and instead join a running club or come other club that promotes health and where the idea of running 20 miles on a Sunday does not seem crazy like most people think but is instead just a fun afternoon outing.

This may seem like an oversimplification of what it takes to lose 100 pounds in a year and maybe it is. There will be high points and low points in the next year but you will learn from your accomplishments and defeats how to change yourself as a person and make consistently1 better choices. Good luck to you. Let me know how things are working out.

Being 12 years old and 210 is OUTRAGEOUS. But this would never work for me. I would never be able to keep this up for a year. A half a year maybe but not a year. But I will deffatately try.

    2. Nela says:

dont want to say..why dont you give me ur email minelica@gmail.com

    3. Jeremiah says:

I so want to do this, but I am just so damn scared that I don’t have it in me.

I just turned 14 years old and I am 330 pounds or so and its really hard to lose have any ideas to help?

    5. christina says:

      Hi Nadine and Jeremiah,

I’ve been on this journey for only a month and half. I’ve been doing great. Down 10 lbs. I’m hoping tomororw (which my weigh-in day) I lost another 1 or 2 lbs. I just like you guys I’m sure have tried to lose weight a 1000 times and have failed every single time. I’m not sure why. I would start what I then called a diet and would pretty much starve myself and then when I messed up and ate I would throw in the towl.

This time around, I’m not calling this a diet. I am calling this a life style. I don’t starve myself. I try to eat healthy and most days I’m successful and I now exercise. I try to get an hour of activity in every day. Trust me guys….I still have my bad days. For example yesterday was the 4th. I didn’t find the time to exercise and I overate. But I’m not beating myself up anymore. I don’t say, “screw it, I messed up so forget it. I’m not worth it. I’m weak. I can’t do it”. Instead, I acknowledge what I did. I pick myself up, dust off my pants and get back into my routine. I work a little harder.

Nadine…ur young. I’m 33 years old. If I can do this so can you sweetie. We just have to put our mind to it. I know you will do this.

Well guys, I check back whenever there is a new post.

Email me if you want to chat or need any tips.

thank you christina. you have modivated me to start working out again and dieting (but now its gonna be a lifestyle)

    7. Nela says:

Guys as christina said, its a change of lifestyle not a diat. You can do it!
      You guys are young.
I would suggest taking baby steps like walking and eating healthy
if you have a cheat day thats fine, but after that dont sit down and say oh man i messed up
instead, pick urself up and acknowledge what you did and try not to do it offten.

You can do it. I know you can.

it is very possible to lose 100 pounds i used to weight 365 pounds and in just three months i aquired an amazing loss of 50 pounds it was very hard but i am very happy of this i in particular will talk about an ordinary day for me i wake up at 6 in the morning and walk and jog for about an hour i get home and eat 1 egg and two pieces of wheat toast with a cup of milk and a cup of juice because if you skip breakfast it will be very difficult to keep up your energy then i get 3 ziplock bags and preparer each with diffrent snacks to have during the day it can be baby carrots broccoli or any fruit you enjoy but it is vital to constantly eat during the day this i foun=d out keeps your metabolism active and for lunch i have a sandwich with turkey breast with a bottle of water and to substitute chips i get my baby carrots when i get home i try not to eat anything after 6pm it is very crucial you must not eat after six because ytou do not lose any calories during sleep so any ways that is a typical day for me i currently weight 3002 punds i am acheving to weight 195 pounds and i am certain i can do this my name is Anthony i am 20 years old and it is possible to rid your self of your fatness and remember people there will always be someone that will put you down dont drown your self in food take that critisism and apply it to motivate you…=]

    9. Amber in Idaho says:

I thank those of you for support! My name is Amber, and I am 26 years old. I have steered away from the scale for almost 5 months, and I just found out I weigh 280 pounds. I knew I was gaining weight, and I knew it was because I was stress eating. For some reason, every time I say, “I can’t eat that” I eat double. At some point I was binge eating so much it has caused me to throw up.

I have constantly been on this cycle, and it scares me! I don’t want to be fat forever. I am normally confident, but in the last 5 months I have discovered, i just want to stay home, sit on my butt, and eat. Going outside scares me! In April 08 I was in an auto accident. I hurt my back, my hip, shoulder, and my ankles. It makes it VERY difficult to excercise, including just walking. I can handle literally about 5 minutes, and then the pain is so great, I cry. Riding a bike does not hurt, so, I may have to start in that direction.

I have been thinking about how I need to change my lifestyle, just as everyone else has said. I hope, with your help, I can succeed.

      Thanks for listening!

      Amber

    10. Christina says:

      Hi Amber,
I did the same thing with the scale. When I was pregnant with my daughter I weighted 235 at the time I had her. I went down to 225 after she was born. I knew I gained a little weight in a year. I had went into a depression after I lost my job. But one day while binge eating and giving my 1yr old the same crap I was eating…something told me to go weigh myself. I was horrified. 256! And the worst part I was setting the same destiny that I have always struggled with, for my daughter.

It’s not easy. It’s one bite, step, day at a time. But it can be done. I saw this show the other night on cable…TLC channel…this guy weighed over 600lbs. He’s now a personal trainer. He just started to do it. Little steps…first he started with just by doing squats. He would sit up and then down from the couch. He did that a few times. Then he added weights into it later on. 2 one gallon water bottles. Then he started by climbing stairs a few times a day. Little things Amber. This and healthier eating.

Soon the weight will start coming off and maybe your pain from your injuries will also lessen.

I hope you can stay motivated.

      Christina

    11. C says:

Hey guys, I am a college student and will be 21 in about 3 weeks. This should be the prime time of my life, but as my weight goes down, and then spikes back up when I decide to “ease up on myself”, I find that I am not living my life at all. I am probably around 210 pounds now, on a 5′4″ frame. 95% of myself knows that I am not supposed to look like this or feel like this. This part of me knows that the way I am living is a complete joke. But then i have the last 5% of myself who is so stubborn and terrified of finally going through with it, and fully losing all my weight. But this time, I feel differently, and I am devoting this year to better improving myself, pick up running once again, and fully change my life to the point where I look back on myself now and only laugh… that I did not do this sooner.

If anyone wants to possibly exchange email addresses and would like a little motivation buddy or just someone to talk to, please let me know. Shashie.illo@gmail.com

    12. Jeremie says:

Hey, I have been trying to lose weight ever since I was 16 years old right now I am turning 24. I’m in college and I should be out having the time of my life but instead I feel like I can’t due to me weight. I feel like I have tried everything and it all didn’t really have any lasting effects. I am 5′10 and has slimmed down to 220 pounds and have swelled up to 280 pounds. I honestly believe that looking at it as a lifestyle change can really make the difference from just another attempt and this actually being the time that I lose the weight and (god willing) keeping it off. Right now I am currently trying to change my diet and admittedly it’s hard especially considering how the unhealthy things not only taste good but are also some of the cheapest and most plentiful things to get around my neighbourhood. I fall of the wagon but I don’t let it break me I try my hardest everyday and I let nothing get me down. I know how it feels be the only big person in the gym or on the track but I try not to let it get me down. Over all I’m trying my best and it’s a ongoing battle I try to take it day by day with the right motivation and taking steps to change the way you live I’m sure no one here will be able to look back at themselves a year from now and not see a change for the better. If anyone needs to talk or just need motivation mail me at Hotsurcream@gmail.com

    13. Amber says:

I am 25 years old. When I moved out on my own at 20, I weighed 140lbs. I now weigh 227 (I’m actually down from my heaviest of 241). I am disgusted with myself and can’t believe I allowed myself to get this big. The major contributing factor was depression / stress, along with some really awful habits.

Yesterday was the start of a whole new me. I’m working through the depression and stress with medication and therapy, and starting a better diet / exercise plan. My goal is to get to between 130-140. I know it will take a lot of work, but working through the depression is helping me actually get off the couch and do something positive for myself. Something like turning on the radio and dancing around the living room, something like driving to the mall on my lunch break from work and walking. Something like cooking a meal instead of calling Pizza Hut.

I know it will take tons of time and motivation, but I have photos from highschool and shortly after that prove to me what I can look like if I put my mind to it.

    14. Devon says:

Hi guys, i just want to say that i am 27 years old and before i started my eating habit change and excercising i weigh 470lbs i just didnt look it becuase im 6′4 and played sports. The more i gained the lower my self esteem went. You younger ones are at a stage where you are trying to find yourself and come into your own and if you are overweight its hard becuase everyone sets a standard. the simple truth is you can do it. Its been 9 months for me and ive lost 110lbs. i now weigh 360 and my goal by next summer is 2 be down to 230. it is very very hard not going to lie, but if you make a goal for yourself and smaller goals to get there it will keep you motivated and stregthend. Do it for YOU though never make changes in life for someone else. if you arent happy with yourself you will never be happy with or through other people. stay focuse everyone, we are all in the struggle together.

    15. KLB says:

All i need to lose is about 100 pounds to be where i ’should’ be weight wise, but my concern is if I lose 100 pounds I will have excess skin hanging around. I started at a gym toning and doing cardio. Are my fears correct? Or mindless silliness?

    16. Amber says:

My names Amber and i’m 20 years old. I’ve always been hefty, but since i’ve started my job working in an office (sitting all day long) i’ve gained 45 lbs in the last year. I’m now tipping the scale at 271 lbs. i hate the way i look and the way i feel. i talked to my doctor and my ideal weight is 140 althought i’m shooting for 160 as a goal. my bmi is 48. that was so depressing to learn. that almost half of my body is complete fat. so i’ve decided enough is enough and i’ve started eating healthier and exercising. in just the first week i’ve lost 5lbs. i’m working really hard this time. i’ve tried other “diets” but i know this cant be a diet. i have to completely change the way i take care of myself. for those of you who are still in your teens start now! the younger you are the easier it is to lose weight. you’ll feel better when you eat healthier! i feel great after denying cookies and eating grapes for a snack. and a good walk or jog makes you feel so good about yourself. Eat healtheir and exercise daily and you’ll seriously watch the pounds melt off.

Today, I saw myself in pictures at the beach and I was horrified. I need to make a change but I’m scared that I will fail. I’ve tried to lose weight in the past and have failed miserably. Now, I’m at my heaviest (about 240) and I’m completely miserable.

Is there any advice that I can follow to help keep me on track with a good diet and exercise program?

    26. Ayesha says:

      Sarah,

I’m slowly losing weight and no joke, it IS hard, but I REFUSE to give up. I use http://www.fitday.com to track every morsel I eat and have been able to adjust my intake to 1400-1600 calories per day WITHOUT starving. It’s all in the food choices I make now and I do not mindlessly snack anymore. I watch the clock and eat every three to four hours (depending on what time I got up) and after 7pm I don’t have any full size meals, I will however eat a couple of 10 calorie sugar free jellos or have a cup of baby dill pickles for about 30 calories..

I take my two girls in a jogging stroller and walk EVERY NIGHT at the local park. I watch the other overweight people and think how they are just like me – there trying to improve their lives. I also look at the slim people and think – if I keep it up – that can be ME in a year!

One day at a time is all we can do.. I’m here to be a support to anyone who wants to accomplish their goals. You can write me anytime at shehzadiayesha@gmail.com.

Keep it up everyone – WE CAN SUCCEED!

    28. Nabil says:

If you really want to loose weight this is what i suggest. Drink massive amounts of Green Tea. Try to get Oolong Tea, Green Yerba Mate is by far the most effective. Also eat 6 times a day small amounts. When you cook only use Olive Oil. Only eat Wheat bread or wheat pastas, and brown rice or cous cous. Eat alot of veggies. Cheese is really good but get Low Fat ones as well as plain low fat yogurts. Exercise very day, when you wake up do jumping jacks, and at night walk, sprint, run, job or whatever. Also drink alot of water.

      Hi All

I wish everyone luck on their diet and exercise regimes. I’m 6′6 and weigh 318. I used to be up to 385. I lost 51 pounds in 3 months which quite frankly wasn’t hard. I did it by cutting out soda (inc diet), avoiding bread/cheese fast food and not eating after 7pm. I also did about 90mins of cardio each day – of course I had to build up to that but that cardio does wonders..

One thing I have to keep telling myself is that i’m losing fast as I have a lot to lose.. My ideal weight is 220 so hopefully by Aug 2010 i’ll be there and I know the weight loss will slow down..

    36. Amy says:

Having always been overweight since I was a kid, I have been quite used to seeing my reflection in the mirror and think myself curvaceous. And for a while it was true.

17 years old and I weighed 220lbs. Went to a prep school and emerged 2 years later a slimmer 150lbs me. It took 1 hour of racket sports 4-5 times a week… and 6 meals a day….

That was ages ago… 10 years on, I am at my heaviest – 280lbs on a 5′4″ frame is no small feat. It is only today, that I realised, when I looked back at my old photos and contrast them against the ones taken 2 weeks ago how much fat I’ve piled on.

I know what I need to do. I have done it before. But why is it so difficult this time around? The mental hurdle, the fear of failure is already at the forefront of my mind. What if I am thin and still no one likes me then? I can no longer hide behind my weight as an excuse….

    37. Cali Sheila says:

Hi you all. Well, I should probably note that I am 19, 5′9″ and am around 300 lbs. I do not look it at first glance cause most of my weight is in my midsection and not my face. But still, I have never been able to shop in normal stores and I need a drastic change in my life. I really want to try this, the 1 year 100 lb lifestyle, but I am about to move to London for 3 months, and I fear that if I begin this regime now and get acclimated to it, I will be so confused and busy when I am in London that I just say screw it and give it up. Should I begin now or should I wait till I get back home and back to a more predictable lifestyle? Where did you all find the motivation to keep going??

    38. sunshine says:

weighed 162 5ft 9in. blessing that i got pregnanet. Had gestational diabetes. c-section- Had a beautiful 9lb girl. on steriods for severe asthma while stuck in texas=depression being stuck inside for a year with active 4 year old. now have gerd and diarrhea after eating…now its worse..cant go for walks-even having problems at library bending up and down getting books-had to rush to bathroom-gained over 100 pounds-i am so uncomfortable with my weight. i have a husband that loves me regardless and a beautiful girl whom i use to be able to slide down slides with.i went from a size 16 (which is what i want to get back to) to a size 24. my main problem is nite eating. i’ll have a large dinner -which i realize after reading everyones entries thats wrong..once i get everyone in bed at 9-then i snack and snack-even healthy things but it feels like food is just sitting there-than diarrhea than bed..where i dream of turning into a huge suzy q and cant get out of bed. where do i start?i would love to bike ride or play tennis- with all this extra weight and twisting ankles just by walking how will i do this?

    39. Nela says:

I am going down and down, I’ve lost 65lbs so far.
Guys this is where the motivation is: First, I want to fit in a dress that other girls sizes 0 to 10 can fit.
I want to be able to take my son out without people lookin at me and askin him is this ur grandma.
I want to be able to go out and have fun without that extra weight so that people dont have to look at me like i m the only one there….I want to lose the weight…MOST IMPORTANTLLY I WANT TO STAY HEALTHY! that should be your motivation nbr one.

I know its hard, but you have to take steps, this isnt just one day or overnight…
its a process that you have to stick to…something new to try.

If you are 200 or more you have to take smaller steps you cant do all at once….
its 12 months so ur ideal goal is to lose 100lbs in one year…you have to at least lose 2-3lbs a week

      so lets say: 2lbs x 4 weeks = 8lbs
      8lbs x 12months = 96lbs…
so give or take but thats where ur weight is

u shld start with small steps like walk in the morning (dont run or walk fast because it may cause problems) so just walk – like if you walk you are still able to talk in a normal way…
defenetlly change ur eating habbits – so no eating after 6 or 7 cause thahts when u stop doing activities
go to bed relativelly early as far as 11 make sure u have enough sleep cause NOT SLEEPING causes weight gain.
so…week by week you can start doing other things and just adding to that…drink a lot of water and
dont take any sodas and no sweets – its hard if your are hoocked on it – but two weeks without it u wont feel a thing after that…

if u need help or need some support – motivation – email me minelica@gmail.com

i m workin on a message board thats gonna help us it will be done soon :)

QUESTION: I am willing to try everything that I am reading on here. But I need to know, if you get hungry after 7pm, what is okay to eat??? Fruit? cereal? Just dont eat? I know for me if I am hungry and I dont eat I get headaches, so then is the 6 small meals a day suppose to last you if you dont eat after 7pm?

      Hey guys,
I haven’t posted in awhile. Nela you are doing awesome. Can’t wait to check out your message board once you get it up and running. Keep us updated!

Well guys I’m still at it. I’ve been hitting the gym three times a week but i must confess that my eating habits got a little out of control these past couple of weeks. I was so stressed out. This job hunting has got me stressed out. I’ve worked all my life and can’t believe that I can’t find anything. I’ve gone to a few interviews and just don’t seem to impress interviewer. It’s really hard out there. So you young ones…Go To College and get a degree!

Anyhoo…My weight hasn’t gone up or down. I finally weighed my self today and it’s stuck at 245. I realized this is all in my control and I just need to do what needs to be done. When I’m stressing…and have that sudden urge to stuff my face…I need to put my attention somewhere else besides the kitchen. The good thing is, I don’t allow any junk food in the house. If my husband feels like drinking soda or snacking on junk food he needs to go the trunk of his car and get it. The same goes for my boys. So the only thing I really over eat on, is meals. And I can do enough harm with that.

I bought a book that was recommended…The Becks’s diet for Life Solution book.

I started reading it and it seems to teach a lot of lifestyle changing techniques. Such as making sure you eat every meal sitting down and enjoying your food. No rushing through a meal. And I’m suppose to make these cards called advantage cards. You list all the advantages of losing weight on these cards and read them through out the day. There are more tasks that need to be completed. I’m getting ready to start the book tomorrow. I’ll try to post my results.

Well, I’ll bring this post to an end. Rememeber I’m here and if any of you want to email me directly….celenasmom@live.com.

Hi everyone, my name is Amanda. Last year I went on a weight loss journey to save my marriage and lost 70 pounds and still got a divorce. Started dating a man who liked large women, so I just quit. I was 320 pounds and 5′ 5″ tall. I got down to 250. I gained 20 back. I have recently started my journey again but I am not having very good luck. I started walking 2 miles a day and have been at it since Friday so 5 days and have gained instead of lost. It is frustrating me. I have cut my calorice intake drastically. I know I can do this but something is not going right this time. I have a motto it is not “diet and deprivation” but “modification and moderation”. I work full time as a cook at a nursing home and go to college full time. I feel like my head is spinning in circles. I wanted to have 54 pounds off my January 1st but at the rate I am going nothing is going to happen. I also have an attitude problem with society that they cannot accept people for who they are and not what they look like. I know it is for my health but people can just be so darn cruel. I have been heavy my entire life and to add to it I have a genetic disorder called PCOS which complicates things all that much more. I will be happy to talk to anyone who needs support just email me at adnap777@yahoo.com. Please put in the subject area support for weight loss so I do not delete it as junk mail.
Thank you and best of luck
      Greatly frustrated………….

About eleven months ago I started the Atkins ‘way of life’. At that time I weighed 228 and was 5″11. At only fourteen years old! I can not say I hated my self, but I did not like the way I looked. I wanted to wear the cute bathing suits and look ‘hot’. I started to work out twice a day an hour each time, and I ate right. Small meals, three times a day. I drank nothing but water. Now it is summer again and I am happy to say I can go as far as wearing a bikini and looking great. I lost a total of 106 pounds, now weighing at 122 I can do so much more. I am even a cheerleader! Of all things. I still work out twice a day to keep toned and I am happy with my self.

Hello everyone~ I’m glad to see that a lot of you are doing so well! Keep up the good work. I on the other hand, have fallen off the wagon once again. I’ve been on this mindset since last Dec of losing 100 pounds in a year, but so much has happened. I am happy to say though, that I am getting back up and trying again. I did manage to lose 25 pounds and not gain it back, so it’s a start. I just need to keep getting back on the wagon. I sometimes find myself with too many excuses, but these “excuses” should be my reasons. I see it now. There are a lot of good ideas here and I’m going to take up on some of them and hope they work! Good luck everyone!

Hi, I’m trying to loose a total of 100lbs, I’m 33lbs down right now, from 230, to 197. I’m only 5′3 :( I once lost 75lbs in about six months from drastically upping my exercise but I don’t have the time for such a time consuming work out routine now, as I work full time and attend college. I’ve been cutting calories more this time than working out and have lost the 33lbs since May, though 11 have been in the last month. It’s so depressing to know that I’ve lost 33lbs, and to most people that’s a large amount of weight, but on someone my size it was a barely noticeable thing, and it’s less than a third of the total weight I need to loose :( I’ve been using slimquick mixed berry drink to curb my appetite and to give me energy for the last week, which has caused a dramatic increase in weight loss, but I’m not sure if that will continue or if it was just because I had started the new plan. AnNyway good luck to y’all! :)

Hello, my name is Yvette Iam 34 yrs old.I weigh an awful unhealthy 305 lbs. my goal is to weigh 150 lbs. I want to make a healthy eating lifestyle change for my life. I was never overweight as a child or teenager the weight came on as an adult who loves to eat and drink beer and never exercise, plus my fiancee’ loves me as i am & also loves to eat although he is only a few lbs. over weight,so i figured i have no problems right? WRONG….. See i have not gotten my period in over a yr. my knees and back always hurt with each step i take that i could have lived with that(i guess) until just recently i started having really bad pelvic and side pains went to the e.r. and both the doctor & his nurse told me my periods had stopped due to my weight plus my hormones are totally out of “whack” wow what a blow that was but at the same time a huge eye opener, thank god these are the only health problems associated with my weight. It took somethimg this bad for me to finally wake up and change my lifestyle, i know this will be the biggest challenge of my life but i want to live to see my twin grand-daughters grow into beautiful women, and finally be able to ride a roller coaster again and walk without pain. Good luck to all, may our journeys be successful!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Its VERY depressing… I’ve been a heavy girl my whole life, but I realize now that it doesnt have to be that way. I will start eating healthier and exercising twice a day… I’ve been on millions of diets and they’ve all been unsuccesful (obviously) But, you guys are right, I have to start looking at this as a life style change. I do not want to be fat anymore. Wish me luck! I pray i can do this!
