Maybe I should turn this blog into a TV show, or at least do some podcasting. *Note to self*, get a better video camera Watch this show and you will lose weight – the world’s most extraordinary interactive TV show. I missed last nights nights show would like to have Information on it if you could send. Have been trying to lose weight want to see if this works thanks Very much. Tammy

If you have missed Paul’s shows they are re-running most of them on TLC. If you go to the website you can see when they are all airing. I have only seen the “overcoming emotional eating” show. It was interesting. I am hoping to tape the rest since I didn’t even know about the show until after they were all aired. So luckily they are airing them again! Good luck!

program and he is very inspiring.
Paul created quite a stir with this show. No doubt that some of his methods work, especially EFT, but he’s way too dramatic for me!
