		<description>I agree with your post. Often people look at someone because they are thin and think they are healthy and likewise see a person who has higher bodyfat and think they are unhealthy. While this may be the case in many situations, there are definitely people who are thin who are EXTREMELY unhealthy and those who appear to be unhealthy based on their overweight appearance, but have extremely high levels of fitness.

Just something to keep in mind that looks aren&#039;t everything when it has to do with your health.</description>
