Thanks to the Diet Blog for pointing me tho this Web MD research. In a study done in the Journal of Obesity has found that when it comes to eating treats the best way to avoid them is to keep them away. This seems more than a little bit obvious but think about it this way, how often are you going to return to a bowl of treats in the following situations: The bowl is in open view I was reading a bit of the report and thinking that this is exactly how we all think. If I am busy and not thinking about food i will not eat it, if I am busy and food is within arms reach i will snack all day.
