I had never been regular even as a child, but these pills work magic for me. I&#039;m guaranteed results the next morning. No cramps or other problems, just good results.

In the past 3 days I have lost 6 pounds of waste. My appetite is down and I feel great. I&#039;m taking 2 pills a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. There is no stomach cramping, although my stomach has made a couple of growling noises at me..giving me a warning that it is time to go to the bathroom..but other than that..no real problems

		<description>its near my bedtime, 11:10 pm. i am on day 3 which i feel is completed. it is much easier the second time around. i dont feel hungry as before when i did the cleanse a month ago. before i was sick of drinking the lemonade mixture but its like i am use to it; like having your regular morning coffee. i am trying it for 10 days not just for weight loss but to see if it clears my allergies. i read the original text of the master cleanse and it claims to clear up illnesses and diseases and all sorts of things, so i will see. i have not weighed myself because i dont want to focus only on weight loss but in only 3 days i feel i lost at least 5-6lbs which is probably mostly water. wow right now i am seeing a chilis commercial with chocolate cake and ribs, what torture lol. well in closing i will continue the cleanse until i see a change in the color of my tongue, its not as bright as it was before the cleans, that means the toxics are surfacing and will be eliminated soon.</description>

		<description>i followed the diet as instructed. i lost a total of 23lbs, i am overweight so it would be easier for me to lose than someone at a normal weight. i had friends try it after seeing my success, but they did not follow intructions and failed at it, so it appeared that the cleanse was overrated, but it worked great for me. i started to eat small portions of food on the 4th day i got sick of drinking the same thing everyday, i as not hungry but i was tired off the liquid, so i would eat 1/2 of a cucumber with a little dressing and i would feel really full, or a cup of plain yogurt with granola. On the 7th night i had a chicken wing with a liitle mac salad.  i managed pick at little bite size foods, but when i would eat i would skip the drink. i wont deny that i did for weight loss and not to cleanse myself. i will start the cleanse on august 3rd and try and do the 10 days without cheating. i do realize you loose good bacteria so i purchased a probiotic from GNC...i cannot remember the name but it was something Flora, it was in a orange box and it had 200 billion good bacteria&#039;s. it is a 7 day solution, in powder form, i will drink that after the second cleanse.</description>

		<description>i am on day 4, i ve lost 9lbs and i feel find. i dont feel as energized as usually because i keep convincing myself if i dont eat solid foods i wont have energy, but the reality is i feel the same as before. i did a little weight lifting last night before bed because on day 2 my muscle were acking and felt great in the morning. my concerns were slowing down my metabolism and gaining the weight back. i didnt buy the book so i came up with my own plan. i do know that this is a cleanse to remove toxic, but lets be honest her at least 95% of people do it for a quick weight loss tatic, i am in the 95 percentile lol. i did the first 2 days correctly, the salt water flush was murder but i manage, i got slick and mixed 1 tsp with 4oz of water, then would chase it with water to clear the pallete, then i would repeat that step. then on my way to work i would drink at least 20 oz which would come to about a quart. one day i just didnt have the desire to do the salt water so i did the lax tea morning and night. on day 3 i started the day as usual, at mid day i ate 1/2 a cucumber with 1/2 tsp of french dressing, and i skipped the cleanse that is scheduled for that time, i felt really full like i had just ate a cheesburger, so i guess the lemons are shrinking my pouch. my plan is to alternate each day; every other day a 1/2 a cup of veggies, non starchy ones. cucumber, lettuce, string beans or brocolli all my favorites to replace a cleanse drink. i find myself drinking 6-7 servings a day which is probably why i am loosing so quickly. i dont be hungry so i feel why bother. i had plan to do it for 10 days, but i have decided to do it for 10 days straight every other week until i reach my goal weight.</description>

		<description>Hi. I am a Fitness Professional and am currently teaching Boot Camp classes in Las Vegas, Nevada twice a day, 4 times a week along with teaching 1-3 group exercise classes as well as working out with my husband 1-3 times a week.  I had a client that talked about doing the cleanse for 2 months and finally when I said I&#039;d try it to support her, we tried it.  I tried it pretty much blind as my client had copied the recipe for the lemonade and I bought the stuff, made it and drank it.  I did not read any blogs about the cleanse or read the book about it (big mistake).  My first try was 2-3 weeks ago and I did it for 3 days. I had a horrible headache, almost as bad as my migraines for all 3 days and by the 3rd day I was shaking and so tired that I got off of it.  Had I read the book(s), I would have realized that these were signs/symptoms of the detox and most likely in another day they would have subsided.  I decided to get the book and read a bit more about it through the internet (it REALLY helped).  I wasn&#039;t sure when I would try it again, hoping a good day would come.  During the 4th of July weekend, I ate SO BAD.  I had too much meat, fried foods, fatty foods!!! My stomach felt like I had a huge cinder block in it (I&#039;m 5&#039; 1.5&quot; and 129lbs) and it hurt...yes, the whole time.  On Sunday of that weekend I felt so sluggish and horrible that I decided that was my signal to try the cleanse.  I am now on Day 5 of the cleanse, only had a headache the first 2 days, just got finished teaching a class and I feel pretty good.  Yes, I want to eat....chew more than anything, but I am making sure that I have a glass of lemonade every two hours and am drinking water in between to prevent dehydration.  I no longer have the heavy feeling in my stomach, nor the pains.  I don&#039;t seem to have much coming out except for the very first day, but I notice that physically I am shaping out in areas (good thing).  I haven&#039;t weighed myself as I know weight loss of at least a bit is imminent with a low calorie intake, but my main push is for the detox.  My client is doing the detox for medical reasons and she is doing great, she is on day 18!  I was VERY skeptical at first, but I think it takes a really good reason and strong will power to get through it.  I&#039;m shooting for 10 days as normally I don&#039;t eat very bad and hope to eat even better by reading up on natural/raw foods.  I&#039;m a butcher&#039;s daughter and love meat, so I&#039;ll probably still eat some meat every now and then.  Good luck!</description>

		<description>my mom had her colon rupture about a year ago!  Ever since then the reality of what could happen to you due to poor diet and poor bm&#039;s hit me!  She only had a bm every three days or some times longer and like a majority of people now days kept a very poor diet!  When her colon ruptured she was at work and had to call me to get her!  Ive never seen any one that sick and we had no idea what was wrong.  The pain she was going threw was unbelievable and she was throwing up green stuff.  The whites of her eyes were yellow and her skin was green!  LITERALLY!  By the time i finally talked her into going to the hospital the doc did x rays and sent her by helicoptor to the nearest hospital that could do the colonostomy.  He said if she would of went to sleep that night she would of never woke up!  Her body was literally full of &#039;&#039;shit&#039;&#039;!  She was in intensive care for two weeks and to this day has an ostomy bag that I had to clean for her until she could learn and do her self.  Do the research on the care and process, its not nice!  She was 56 at the time.  Ever since that happened Ive been scared to death of it happening to me cause i to keep a poor diet and dont have regular bm!  Only like once a week!  The doc said this was the cause of the colon rupture.   Also i just had a good friend who is only 28 and is currently in the hospital in ICU, her colon ruptured!  Im 24! I guess what im trying to say is this is a real possibility if you dont take care of your colon and pass all that build up out!!!!  Is this safe and do the pros out weigh the cons!  I dont want this to happen to me!</description>

		<description>Winter before last i did the master cleanse with excellent results. I stayed on it for 19 days and lost about 30 lbs. I felt great after the first few days of coffee withdrawals. I actually wanted to go the whole 40 days [which is the max. recommended time] but stopped because everyone around me was trippin thinking I would never eat again. I kept the weight off for about 4 months after ending the cleanse, but re-gained it and another 10 because of emotional stress in my life.I have always been a emotional eater- that is my downfall- I am dealing with that and working on better self care so i can find better ways to deal with stress. I started the cleanse again on monday...so im on day 4-The 1st day was hard intense headache to the point of throwing up. I think its very important to do the salt water flush in the morning to illiminate the toxins. Im going to try to go the full 40 days this time....day 4 and I&#039;ve lost 12 lbsI&#039;ll write here on occasion throughout this process.</description>
