Hi. I have purchased FL4I and will be starting today. I had a question. I know you are allowed to switch the meals throughout the day (#1 doesn't have to be first). However, do we have to consume all the food for the day. For eg. if meal 1 is tuna, low fat milk and peanuts, can I just have the peanuts and low fat milk? I know that you stop b4 you are "ful". Just wanted to clarify.
Thanks,
Seena
