		<description>I&#039;ve heard that one of the reasons these type of superset workouts work are because you gain a lot more pump. This is because the muscles are next to each other so bloodflow to that area can go from one to the other.

You could always break it down too and do a bi and tri for one workout and then back and chest the next.</description>
