		<description>Cutting calories in the evening is a great approach. It seems like in North America we tend to consume the majority of our calories at times when our metabolisms are the slowing. 

Comparing the amount of calories we eat to the width of a pyramid is a great analogy. Starting in the morning (the base of the pyramid) we should be consuming our high calorie meals. As the day goes on , each meal should decrease in the size of calories until we reach the end of the day (the peak of the pyramid). Unfortunately for the majority of us, we eat exactly the opposite...</description>
