		<description>Bill, I've always been a fan of detox diets.  I feel that it is good to clean the system out once in a while.  I actually think your information might be slightly incorrect -- while the body is HIGHLY skilled at removing wastes, it DOES get overburdened with things like those burgers you mention in another post, along with so much of the other junk we stuff into our bodies and expect it to digest properly.  In the end, the body is a machine that can get overworked. -Zoe

You might like to try eliminating white sugar from your diet. Use palm sugar or honey. I did this and added one glass of vegetable juice in the day ( 2-3 carrots, 2 tomatoes, a couple of mint leaves OR a slice of ginger and a pinch of salt). I feel so energise. My hair and skin look better too.
