		<description>I think that it&#039;s fair to say that, while this list of &#039;untouchables&#039; is a good starting place - it is just that, a starting place.  There are lots of foods which we just shouldn&#039;t be touching.  Lot&#039;s of low fat foods are huge in carbs, which cause a sugar rush quickly followed by a state of lethargy. Even chicken is a bit didgy.  In the UK, a report last week stated that 2 thirds of all chickens are contaminated with Campylobacter, a bacterium which can cause severe food poisoning.  Add to this the foods that certain medical conditions rule out such as coeliacs, bruxism, TMJ etc and you can see that choosing a safe food can be a minefield.</description>
