<description>I have first hand evidence that a lack of sleep makes you fat. I enjoy working out (I used to do bodybuilding contests awhile back) and I was trying to get into really good shape a few years ago. Everything was going well and my abs were starting to show. Then for a few weeks I had to work a lot and I was getting 2-3 hours less sleep than normal. I hadn&#039;t changed my diet at all or my workout program and I got fatter! I know because was taking pictures of my progress.
