We all know how important sleep is to our health. We also know how much sleep we really need. There are real issues when we do not get enough sleep I know that I try to avoid getting enough sleep so that I can get more done but it always seems to backfire. I probably need about seven and a half hours sleep but I tend to get away with about seven hours for a good stretch of time before I get really tired and allow the stresses of life really knock me around and then I just detach from everything for a few days and get plenty of sleep. I know how I work and my wife does as well so we always keep me in check together.

I think that sleep is so important that I have started a new website with sleeping articles and information on the need for, and ways to get better sleep. I will be adding more content to this site as time goes on but for now I hope you do find value in the content.
