Today I moved. When I say moved I do not mean that I went out and got some exercise, no I mean I physically moved all of my belongings from one house to another. This has been a long and very physical day and I am not at 10 o’clock at night just wiped.

I consider that I am in pretty good shape, I eat well, exercise almost daily, and feel like i am fairly strong, but moving furniture and boxes for hours and hours one day can really test your strength and fitness and is a little humbling for me today.

I feel crappy now but sitting down for a while with a big glass of water and thinking about the bit of remainder tomorrow makes me reflect on what I should do to make sure that I will be feeling better in two days on Monday morning. Tonight I will take more vitamins and more water and then do some stretching of my sore muscles before I settle in for a good long sleep. Tomorrow morning I am going to load up on fruit and more vitamins and have a hot shower before getting more stretching in ( I have a bit of a lame hamstring this week) and then will try to stretch and drink lots through the day and try to focus on getting lots of easy to digest protein to heal my muscles.

Following this I hope to be in great shape for my newfound, slightly shorter bike ride to work on Monday morning. I will let you know how the body is feeling when I get Monday started.

I pour a lot of thought into this blog. Can you spare a couple of bucks as a gift to me and as thanks for putting up this content for you to read and learn from? Thanks!
