		<description>I &#039;ve been on south beach for 4 weeks, doing great , feel great, was 214 now 203, eat alot of salads, meats,  vegetables,eggs, cheese, all low fat, there are so many recipes to follow, I haven&#039;t started to exercise yet, but getting there. But the wii fit is great to use. Feeling like a new person, tried to reduce use of preservatives , there not good for you, Still drink diet soda, have my coffee with my flavored creamer, can not give that up. Problems bad breath, bloating, bad breath is a toxin, they say if you have it , the diets working, bloating- from eating alot of vegetables-beano works great. Doing and feeling great</description>
