I have said it before and been serious when I have said that stretching is a very important thing to do. Stretching will improve our circulation, make us less prone to injury when exercising and improve our quality of life by making sure that we are limber when those instances arise in everyday life when we have to reach, stretch, or just make a dive for something.
I have just found another great resource to read for stretching information and it is simply called Stretching and Flexibility
