		<description>I&#039;ve been in the health industry for a long time and this was some very good practical information that people can really use.

Back in grade school, and I&#039;m 46 now, my basketball coach used to make us walk around the gym on the outsides of our feet.  Meaning our feet were curled outward like we rolled over on our ankles.  When we were young this was easy to do, but I&#039;ve done it now all my life.  The benefit is that now when I roll off the side of my foot because of a rock or curb or something, where most people would have a sprained ankle or worse, I have no injury at all.  I&#039;ve done it dozens of times like most people, but never an injury beyond a little soreness for a day or two and I&#039;ve taken some bad spills.

To this day, I still thank Coach Nykenen for that stretch.
