fat loss 4 Idiots – Will It Help You Lose Weight?
fat loss for Idiots is a site and diet that my wife had learned about from her stepmom. Initially I looked at the Fat Loss For Idiots website and saw that after clicking though a bunch of pages of information I found that the program was only $39.
As a fitness and health enthusiast I know that there are no easy ways out of losing weight so when I first saw all of the hype around fat loss for idiots I was of course initially skeptical.
I have scoured the internet looking for more information on the Fat Loss For Idiots program and would like to present this to you here so that you can make an informed decision when you visit the Fat Loss For Idiots site. Read the rest of this entry »

As I have mentioned a few times before and offered bonuses upon, there are three diet, weight loss, or health improving plans that I have reviewed. The plans are really very different from each other and I often get questions about which is the best based on a persons attitude and often which is the best of the three for me. These plans are:
Burn The Fat, Feed the Muscle
fat loss for Idiots
Turbulence Training
I have a lot of questions coming at me about which of these is the best and I wanted to make sure that I answered these questions before I move on to writing about any other plans and programs in the future.
Any weight loss program to me has two components, exercise and diet. Here is where the above diets sit in those categories. Read the rest of this entry »

I have not posted about this before, but about a year or maybe a little longer ago i wrote a little review on the fat loss for Idiots diet.
When I first read about the diet I was initially skeptical because that whole “Lose 9 Pounds in 11 Days” bit sounds more than a bit stupid but I have certainly been proven wrong as many people seem to have lost that in the first week and then continued to lose for a few weeks after at least. Eventually of course most people need to really ramp up the exercise to lose tons of weight but initially at least there are some great losses to read about.
I ended up writing a positive review about fat loss for Idiots and since I have commenting on this blog turned on it seems that people have really taken to discussing how the diet is going for them and what they like and don’t like about Fat Loss for Idiots.
So far over 200 comments have been posted about the diet and I have been blown away by the amount that people are sharing and how supportive everyone has been to each other, it is really fantastic to see.

I got a comment on the fat loss for Idiots review from a fellow that had cheated the night before on his diet. Here is part of how I responded
The best thing to do is to jump right on the diet this evening and tomorrow. There is no way that you can undo what you did in your eating but remember that it is only day 2 and you are just getting used to the diet, these things can and will happen but it is youor reaction to them that is important.
Now that you know that dinner is your tough time it is probably a good thing to look at your successes over the first two days and figure out what you will od about dinner. Most of us are used to having a big dinner and if you can convince yourself (lying to yourself is fine) that dinner is just another meal and a weak one at that since it is so close to sleep then maybe you can have a better plan for how to tackle dinner tomorrow.

I have been planning and putting this offer together for a while now and it is nice to finally unveil it on the blog. As I hope you have seen I have done reviews of the three big internet weight loss and fitness programs. The programs are:
fat loss for Idiots – This is a customized online diet program that comes with a handbook to help you through your diet to lose weight.
Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle – This is a mammoth 350+ page book written by a natural bodybuilding champ that shows you how any normal overweight person can lose fat and gain muscle through a special diet and good exercise.
Turbulence Training Program – A three day a week weight training program that will help you lose fat while gaining muscle. Not the standard way that most people workout but in fact a new program that is done in just 45 minutes 3 times per week.
The above links are direct to the sales pages of the programs but if you want to see my reviews you can just click on the links on the right side of this page. Each of the programs are only $39 so you can choose any of them and know that you won’t get soaked for a bunch of money, they are all really cheap. Read the rest of this entry »

Taking a day of your diet is good. A diet is a great example of having commitment to what you want and I applaud anyone and everyone that does a good job of committing themselves to staying healthy with a good diet. The trouble is trying to stay on a diet every day for months or years on end. This is what people aspire to but it is not very easy to do.
A few diets seem to say that you should try to confuse your body by staying on your diet for a few days or a couple of weeks at most and then getting off your diet for anywhere from one to three days. What do you think of this? Well the idea behind the days off on a diet is that you need to confuse your body so that it does not just adjust to lower caloric intake or just lower your metabolism to maintain fat levels.
Would you like to know examples of off day diets? There is a Weight Watchers diet adjustment that involves changing the amount of points you eat a day and cycling though these. You could do a kind of day off on this plan. The Body for life plan is that you do diet and exercise six days a week and eat whatever you want for one day a week. And finally there is the fat loss for idiots program that has you do the diet for 11 days and then take 3 days off before you do it again. This is the most confusing for your body (this is good) and easiest for you to manage.
The best way that I see people doing there diet with days off is to have rules still for your days off. Try to follow the following rules:
The idea is to eat what you want but do not overdo it.
1. First of all you need a good regimen for your diet days and then for your days off the rules should be about how you cheat.
2. Try to make sure that you are not being ridiculous because it is your day off. Do not eat a whole large pizza or a gallon of ice cream.
3. Do not binge, no huge meals just meals that make you comfortably full
4. This is the day that you go to a restaurant if you want.
5. Do not eat three days worth of food in one day. The idea is that you can cheat but you dont want to spend the whole week just catching up.
I hope that this plan for days off helps. I know that I have struggled with this in the past but the best thing is to just expand on your regular diet and at the same time make sure that get to eat those things that you are craving, in small measures of course.
