There are some weight loss mistakes which, if you don’t rectify, can cost you dear. In this article I will tell you about two such mistakes.
1. Not setting realistic goals and keeping track of your progress: A lot of people have unrealistic expectations from their respective diet programs, and no wonder they set up unrealistic goals like those of losing 10 pounds within a week, or shedding all weight within a month! You will never be able to achieve such goals, no matter how hard you try.
When you cannot achieve your target, you disheartened and frustrated with your diet plan. That is why it pays to setup realistic goals right from the start.
Setting up a goal of losing 1-2 pounds per week is an example of a realistic goal. This doesn’t however mean that you will lose a couple of pounds every week; on some weeks you will lose more and on other weeks it would be less; on some weeks you might not lose a single pound, while on others, you may pack some extra pounds instead.
