Whenever we are aiming for a big change such as weight loss, we obviously need to change our lifestyle and eating habits. This is when we start making excuses. But you have to remember that excuses will take you nowhere. Excuses won’t help you to lose weight; diet and exercises will do. To save themselves from the rigors of diet and exercise, people tend to make various excuses.
