I have mentioned on this blog many times that I take vitamins and that I recommend people to take vitamins. The problems is that vitamin and other pills are usually not a magic bullet to losing weight but people often treat them like they are. Alpha Lipoic Acid, Cayenne Pepper, Wheatgrass Extract, Flaxseed Oil, Alfalfa, Salmon Oil, Soybean, Buckwheat, Lactobacillus Acidophillus, Garlic Extract.
