I work with some people that are on the Abs Diet. The Abs Diet is a diet that is based very closely with the Body For Life diet/fitness/movement that not only has you eating a fairly strict diet that is balanced for six days a week but also working out every morining. I love the Abs Diet idea as all it does is take the most important things to getting and staying healthy and putting them all together.
I ran into an article about eating and the Abs Diet on the Men’s Health site titled Power 12 Foods: Never Go Hungry
