We have heard for years now that Tiger Woods has the upper hand on the PGA Tour because of his amazing athleticism and training regimen. He was recently interviewed by Mens Fitness magazine and this is what they said: It might be hard for Tiger Woods to find time for his workouts now that he’s a father. Woods describes his workouts, which can last up to three hours as many as six days a week, in the August issue of Men’s Fitness magazine. Woods and trainer Keith Kleven offer insight into a regimen that has enabled him to add nearly 30 pounds of muscle since 1996.
