Just like brand new treadmills, there is a big market for revamped or refurbished treadmills as well. Don’t think that only those who don’t have enough money to spend on fitness equipments buy revamped treadmills. Revamped treadmills are suitable if: 1. You are a beginner or inexperienced trainee: Do you know that more than half of the people who buy treadmills never use it? There are many reasons behind it, but usually they are either too lazy or happen to find some other interesting workout machine. Of the few who actually use treadmills, most quit after working out a couple of weeks, usually out of boredom. Now here is something to analyze. People usually get bored if they are made to do things that their mind or body is uncomfortable with. With regards to treadmills, you are bound to get bored if your body or mind doesn’t adapt to it (and the fact remains that treadmills are not suitable for every person). Now just imagine, you happen to invest one thousand bucks on a brand new model of treadmill, only to realize that you prefer some other equipment over it. This is where refurbished treadmills can help you. Since they are priced very low, you can test out the treadmills without spending a bucketful of money on them. Once you are sure that you like the equipment and that your body has adapted itself to it, you can buy a brand new model. In other words, if you are a beginner and have little experience with workout machines, then you should buy refurbished fitness equipments (this goes not just for treadmills but any other fitness equipment out there). 2. You want to cut down on costs: Of course, money is an important factor to consider as well. With the world being hit by a certain economic slump, money is tight for most people. Revamped treadmills help them stay fit and healthy without having to make an intimidating investment. 3. You want to test out an advanced-level of equipment without spending an arm and a leg: If you are given a choice between buying a brand new model of the cheapest quality of treadmill out there, and a refurbished model of an advanced treadmill, which one would you go for? I would definitely select the latter option. It is no use buying brand new models of cheap treadmills; cheap treadmills are not only cheap in quality and options, but also come with a very short warranty period. Moreover, the cheapest treadmills don’t always have the features you expect in a decent equipment. For someone who wishes to try out advanced fitness equipments without burning a deep hole in his pocket, refurbished treadmills are the way to go. Looking to make a change and lose some weight? I have reviewed the top diet on the internet and you can go and read over 200 comments people have made about why this diet has worked well for them, as well as some of the problems. Another option is buying quality equipment from yard sales or the goodwill. I have picked up some good deals this way.
a good place to find treadmills is on craigslist as well
Never thought of that. I do not know why. Kijiji and Cragslist were our best places to offload stuff when we moved
I like what you have to say about revamped treadmills. Fortunately, I do use mine three times per week. I got a great deal by finding one with a couple of surface scratches but everything else was fine. This might be another option for your readers.
